Educational Qualifications:

General Manager (HMBP) -> Full time Degree Course in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with first Division (60% marks) or CGPA equivalent. For SC/ST candidates it is 55% or CGPA equivalent.

Senior Manager (HR) -> Graduation in any stream. MBA in HRM or PG Diploma in
Personnel Management from a reputed business school with first Division (60% marks) or CGPA equivalent. For SC/ST candidates it is 55% or CGPA equivalent from a recognized University / Institute.

General Manager (Finance) -> Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Works Accountant of India (ICWA).

Diploma Engineer (Trainee) -> Candidates should have at least 3 (three) years of relevant job practical experience including experience in operating Machine Tools/ CNC Machine/ Tool production/ Training in CAD/CAM/Tool making, casting, forging, fabrication, assembling, etc. The candidates should also have experience in erection, testing and commissioning activities of coal handling, ore handling and raw material handling plants and other mining equipment etc. at various sites/locations. The recruited diploma engineers will be engaged in the job directly at site to deliver their services based on the previous experience in line with requirement of the organization.

Engineering Discipline -> Full Time Bachelor Degree in the respective degree of Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with first Division (60% marks) or CGPA equivalent. For SC/ST candidates, it is 55% or CGPA equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Wherever GDPA/CGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded, equivalent % of marks should be indicated as per norms adopted by the University/ Institute. A certificate to this effect from the University/ Institute shall be required at the time of interview.

Selection Process: Interview

Application Fee: 800/- for General and OBC and 200/- for SC / ST / PH Candidates as processing fee in favour of M/s Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. drawn on any of the nationalized bank and payable at Ranchi . Internal candidates are exempted from the application fee.
