Educational Qualifications:

DGM / Chief Manager / Manager / Assistant Manager - Accounts -> Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU/large concerns preferably in mining & processing industry. Having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation and finalization of Accounts. Should have due exposure in dealing with Statutory Authorities /Government Departments and should have worked in computerized environment.

Assistant Manager (EDP) -> Degree in Computer Engineering/MCA from a university or recognized institution. Post qualification relevant experience in the area of Online Material Management System, Pay Roll & Online Financial Accounting System, Depreciation and Provident Fund with able to work on AIX (IBM UNIX), ORACLE 8i/9i/10g, D2K, Pro Cobol/Pro C.

Management Trainee (Personnel) -> Degree in any discipline including that in Engineering and two years full time PG Degree/Diploma recognized by statutory authority/Central/State Govt. in Personnel Management, Labour/Social Welfare, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Social Behavioural Science, Training & Development OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management OR MBA/PGPM with specialization in HRD/Training & Development.

Management Trainee (Accounts) -> Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Management Trainee (Environmental Engineering) -> Degree in Environmental Engg. OR Degree in any other Branch of Engg./Ph.D in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry backed with a PG Diploma or full time Certificate Course in Environmental Engg. or Environmental Sciences from a University or recognized Institution.

Management Trainee (Control Research & Development) -> M.Sc. in Chemistry(Inorganic/ Analytical) or M.Sc. Mineral Processing /BE Metallurgy /Chemical from a University or recognized Institution.
