Swaraj Society for Development is a professionally managed, non-governmental organization, registered under the MP Society Registration Act 1973, in the year 2015, established with a vision to create avenues where all sections of the Society get an opportunity to realize their potential.
With an objective to Empower the youth and people from rural & underprivileged sections of the society through education/skill development initiatives, leading to engaging them in gainful economic activities, SSD has initiated the noble project of - Skill Empowerment for Employment Program (SEEP).Under the SEEP program the Society aims to conduct quality Technical Vocational & Education Trainings (TVET) for the target group in Sagar , and facilitate development of technical skills required by various industries, thereby enabling them to gain sustainable & respectful employment /Self Employment.
For the purpose, SSD has partnered with JCB India, a leading global manufacturer of Heavy Earthmoving Machines, to support the facilitation of Operator training Courses at Sagar and help the rural and underprivileged youth of the region to get employment as Heavy Equipment Operators.
The project is initially planned to train Backhoe Loader Operators and is proposed to be scaled up to train the target group as Excavator Operators and Service Technicians.
