Any Graduate/ Post Graduate in sales &Marketing.
Age : 22-27years, Local Candidates,
Out Bond Sales 2-3 Year Exp
Domain - Insurance, Eureka fobs Product, Regional FMCG, Micro Finance, Credit Card, Bank Loans, Agrochemical, sim card,
Local Language Should be very hold.
Two wheeler with Valid DL is mandatory

Roles
• Identification and acquisition of new Agent with a Store Front for doing ecommerce business in various potential towns / Taluks in the district
• Training and induction for new Agent
• Growth of ecommerce in the District
• Ensure the Operational aspect of on-boarding of Agent is completed
• Branding and marketing events sponsored by the company in and around agent location.
• Contract negotiations for on boarding of Agent.
• Training the agent and coordinate the Agent’s training.
• Managing feedbacks/complaints from Agent.
• Track the ecommerce business growth of portfolio of Agent
• AMC collection from existing Agent for use of Company Software
• Handle dispute Management effectively as per laid down operational guidelines of mVikarsha and agent engagement model
• Must handle door –to-door campaign, meet people in the crowed and talk communicate mVikarsha business model, collect feedback/ Data essential for mVikarsha etc
• Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil - both oral and written.
• Must have a two wheeler and must be willing to travel about 50-60 kms per day.
• Must be gadget freak - must know digital devices such as tablet, IPOD, IPAD, WIFI, HOT Spot etc., Should know the various ways to connect to internet in remote areas
• Must be sales person - should be able to talk sweet and make people to buy ( like sales people of FMCG
• Should be familiar with PPT and word document etc.,
• Must be familiar with downloading documents, opening it and reading it and taking action.
• Must be bold, fearless, restless and career oriented (must not be meek and nod my head type).
• Result Oriented
• Must be capable of handling door-to-door campaign, meet people in the crowd and talk etc.,
• Any Graduate Prefer Male candidates only. Any candidate residing or willing to locate in above mentioned location.
