The following outline of agreement, summarize favourable terms and condition of the arrangement that we have discussed.

Terms & condition

1-15 days bill will be issued by the company, (after completion of work) then payment will release with in 10 days.
2-All services will provide by company hand such as loading, unloading and vehicle security.
3-This site work will remain minimum one year.
4- 24 hours loading & unloading facility
5-200 Rs. Per trip Jila panchayat Bareer expenses will be paid by company for smooth work but later on it will be deduct by your payment.
6-Diesel will be provided by simren traders at initial time but later on it will deduct by your payment. (diesel rate depends on market rate)
7- RTO Entry 1800 Rs. Per month (for each district) will be paid by simran traders but later on it will also be deduct from your payment.
8- All others obscure/petty expenses will be provided by simran traders at the time of vehicle loading or unloading, but it will deduct from your payment only.

Distance- 30 km one side
Rent- 77 Rs. Per Ton
Loading-- 40 to 45 ton
Trip/day- 5 to 6 ( in 24 hour)
24 hours loading & unloading
Second side:
Distance- 48km one side
Freight- 127/ton
Trip- 3 to 4/day ( in 24 hour)
24 hours loading and unloading
Third side:
Distance-68 km one side
Freight- 180 Rs. per Ton
Loading--40 to 45 ton
Trip/day- 2 ( in 24 hour)
24 hours loading & unloading
4th side
Distance-100 km one side
Freight- 280 Rs. Per Ton
Loading--40 to 45 ton
Trip/day- 2 ( in 24 hour)

Distance-75 km one side
Freight- 195s Rs/Ton
