Educational Qualifications:

Consultant ->

(1) Postgraduate degree in Food technology/ Food engineering/ Post harvest technology/ Agricultural Science/ Engineering with 55% marks (OR) MBA with 55% marks in Rural Management/ Entrepreneurship Development/ HRD/ Project management/ Agribusiness management.
(2) At least 15 years of experience in Food processing/ Agribusiness industries/ Skill Development/ Government organization of state govt, /center govt, and Educational institute of repute. Private sector person holding analogues post with relevant qualification and experience will be considered. Must be in higher management cadre for at least 5 years. Person having experience of implementing, driving and monitoring of large scale skill development project will be preferred.

Manager (Skill Development Training) ->

(1) B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology and Management/ Masters in Food Technology/ Agriculture Extension/ Agribusiness Management/ Rural Management/ Rural Development/ Social work (OR) MBA with 55% marks in Human resource management/ Marketing/ Entrepreneurship Development/Agribusiness management.
(2) Desirable - 3 years of experience in handling training and development programs in Government, Semi- Government/ PSU/ Corporate sector/ rural or farm extension services. Person working in private sector of repute on analogues post/ Person engaged in teaching of Food Technology & allied field will be considered. Person having exposure to training programs in the field of Food-processing and value addition will be preferred.
