We have opening for “Assistant Manager” in a leading Multiplex company
Job description –
• Responsible for smooth function and Supervising the daily operations of the Multiplex and commercial
area.
• Coordinating upkeep and maintenance of unit by supervising the engineer and agencies handling
maintenance of projection, electro-mechanical & air-conditioning.
• Checking functioning of all key aspects of the Cineplex Security, cleanliness, box office operations,
concession stock & service, projection and customer handling.
• Coordination with corporate office and central purchase office.
• Responsible for maintaining a high quality and highly motivated CSA team to maximize customer
satisfaction and foot fall.
• Responsible for promo activities, premieres and other marketing activities in coordination with the
corporate team.
• To ensure operations excellence & customer delight, ensure team training, motivating team to achieve
daily targets of Box & Snack Bar. Handling Team members, Report Making.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing operations.
* Develop ticketing pricing, allocation & sales strategy.
* Ensure all risks, dependencies are identified & managed.
* Interface with the client.
* Full revenue reconciliation.
* Lead & conduct sales.
Candidate Skills –
• Must be graduate (any)
• Male is preferable
• Must have Minimum 2 – 6 Years experience in multiplex/cinema/hotel/restaurant industry.
• Salary - 1.50 to 2.40 Per Annum
