Fitness Training: Help to do exercise and strength-training, weight lifting programs for individuals. This includes providing teaching various exercises for each and every muscle group and motivation. I find that a variety of exercises is the key to achieve something good and keeping training fun, and that s why people come back to me. My training days are three days a week.
Contact: Ready to train new members, orienting new members to the gym and the equipment, responding to members questions and giving them advice about fitness and health. To get a diet for every single person is available. My profession and passion is fitness and health.
I have good knowledge of calorie deficit and surplus, and all exercise, always ready to meet and help. I provide weight loss, muscle gain, bodybuilding and weight gain type of programmes.
