Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) was founded by the Haryana State Legislature Act No. 29 of 2006 and is recognised under 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956. Came into existence in 2006, the University was formerly known as Chhotu Ram State College of Engineering, (1987-2006). The university was accredited by the NAAC with A Grade and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and is a member of various professional bodies such as the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), International Road Federation (IRF) and Indian Road Congress (IRC), among others.DCRUST offers UG, PG, and PhD courses.
