The utility vehicle segment was redefined and many car buyers started to look at the Scorpio. The Mahindra Scorpio remained the company s flagship product for a long time, before the XUV500 was launched. In 2014 a new generation of the Scorpio was launched and that has been selling since. Product upgrades kept happening with addition of new features that have kept the Scorpio going. Mahindra is gearing up to launch the 2017 Mahindra Scorpio next year. This will mainly be a cosmetic upgrade.
