Dear Job Seekers, We introduce ourselves as M/s Narayanan Water Academy Training cum Placement academy located at Vagaikulam, Thoothukudi District. We have established on 19th Oct 2015. Our Motto is to train fresh engineers into skilled engineers and fulfill the demand for Skilled manpower in India and to arrange a job for jobless fresh engineers from college passed out.

We have developed a range of high quality water & waste water treatment training courses named " Certificate Course in Water and Waste water Technology " specifically for Engineers, Facilities Managers, Operators and Chemist. Our training course includes Theoretical, Practical, Industrial visit and In-plant training to gain knowledge about the real time environment. We have well trained faculty with decades of experience in this field.

Our courses have been developed by a team of highly experienced engineers. The materials included in our course are designed to offer practical advice and support and cover a range of issues including water sources, water chemistry, water sampling and analysis procedures, industry applications, boiler and cooling water system treatment, reverse osmosis and waste water treatment, chemical applications, chemical dosing and control systems and etc...

The Academy aim is to work to answer the growing demand for operators in water and waste water treatment to face the challenges ahead and help them achieve operational excellence. Our job is to bring the necessary expertise to provide the students with the best solutions and skills through our training courses.



Subjects Covered in our Certificate Course in Water and Waste water technology is given below.

1. Water and Waste water Treatment
2. Safety in Water and Waste water Treatment
3. Spoken Hindi

We conduct theoretical and practical training to our students which includes a laboratory testing, site visit and In-plant training. We provide all PPE's includes Safety Shoe, Helmet, Gloves, Goggles and Ear plug.
The course duration is 2 months.
We are collecting nominal Tution fees and fees for Safety PPE's, Books and Notes from our students.

We have trained several fresher's and placed them in many reputed company's. This has reduced the unemployment in the southern part of India.
We have tie up with Water and Waste water treatment companies for placement for our students in their O & M Department, E & C department, Process & Proposal Department and Project department.
We have signed M.O.U. with Companies like

1. JV Engineers
2. Aqua Designs India Private limited
3. Aqua Engineers and Consultants Private limited
4. Zion Enviro Systems Private limited and etc . for hiring our students to place in their organisation at Operation & Maintenance, Erection & Commissioning and Project department.

The Eligibility criteria to join in our Training cum Placement program is
ITI Fitter, Electrician & MMV
Diploma / BE - Chemical, Mech, Electrical, E & I, Instrumentation & Civil
Bsc/ Msc - Chemistry, Physics and Environmental Science.


We have placed 17 Skilled manpower in our Client companies till 17th Jan 2016.
