Non-Destructive Testing is a specialized branch of Engineering
Science and is a part of quality control (QC), which uses
Ionizing Radiation (Radiographic Testing), Ultrasonic Sound Waves
(Ultrasonic Testing), Magnetic Flux (Magnetic Particle Testing)
etc. to test the integrity of casting, forging welding etc.
without impairing its usefulness.
In the event a fresh mechanical engineering graduate looking for
a placement in QA/QC department of an Engineering Construction
Company needs special training on welding inspection, non
destructive testing, coating inspection etc.
As you know, engineering companies are involved in construction
and maintenance of industrial projects such as Oil Field
Industries, Refineries, Pipelines, Ship Building, Aircraft,
Bridges, Power Plants, Nuclear Projects, Cement Plants, chemical
plants, fertilizers etc. and are constructed in accordance with

Hence engineers should be capable to follow these standards

maintenance of projects. ASNT Level II certification is
considered as minimum qualification to perform NDT activities in

Our head office is at Chennai and training divisions operates in

• Radiographic test film interpretation (RTFI) is taken care by
Saudi Aramco certified RTFI with more than 10 years experience as
RTFI.

• Gamma Ray Projector
• High intensity viewer, Densitometer and Hundreds of film for
RTFI practice.
Magnetic Particle Testing:
• DC and AC Electromagnet (Yoke)
• Prodes
• Bench Type Equipment (cost around Rs. 5 Lakh)

• Manual Processing system
