    Educational Qualifications:

    CAO ->

    (1) Post-graduate degree in any discipline with at least Second Class (50% marks) with a post-graduate diploma in management from a reputed University / Institute OR Post-graduate degree in Law / Management (MBA) from a reputed University / Institute OR Engineering graduates with a degree / diploma in management.
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English
    (3) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.
    (4) At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in heading administration of a government department or reputed Management Education Institute / University / College / Commercial organization of national / international repute, out of which at least 10 years in the Grade Pay level of Rs.8900.

    Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer ->

    (1) Graduate degree in commerce (10+2+3) with at least second class (50% marks) from a reputed university/institution and should have passed SAS (Commercial) /SOGE (Commercial) examinations of the Indian Audit & Accounts Department with 10 years post-qualification experience out of which at least 5 years of experience in the Grade Pay level of Rs.7600 OR CA/ICWA with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience out of which at least 5 years of experience in the Grade Pay level of Rs.7600 in a reputed Management Education Institute / University / Commercial organization of national / international repute.
    (2) Should be well versed with computerized accounting system.
    (3) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English.
    (4) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.
    (5) Familiarity with Rules of Government of India and experience in dealing with CAG auditors is preferred.

    Senior Administrative Officer ->

    (1) Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (50% marks) with a post graduate diploma in management from a reputed University / Institute OR Post-Graduate degree in Public Administration or Post-graduate Degree in Management (MBA) from recognized universities / institutions with at least second class (50% marks), with consistently good academic record.
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English.
    (3) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.
    (4) At least 10 years of post-qualification administrative experience in a government department or reputed Management Education Institute / University / College / commercial organization of national/international repute, out of which at least 5 years in the level of Administrative Officer.

    Senior Administrative Officer (HR) ->

    (1) Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (50% marks) with a post graduate diploma in HRM from a reputed University / Institute OR Post-graduate degree in HRM (MBA) (10+2+3+2) from recognized universities / institutions with at least second class (50% marks), with consistently good academic record. Degree in Law would be considered as an added qualification.
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English
    (3) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills
    (4) Experience - At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in HR in a government department or reputed Management Education Institute / University / College / commercial organization of national/international repute, out of which at least 5 years in the level of Administrative Officer (HR).

    Administrative Officer (Academics) ->

    (1) Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (50% marks) with a post graduate diploma in management from a reputed University / Institute OR Post-graduate degree in Management (MBA) (10+2+3+2) from a reputed University / Institute
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English
    (3) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills
    (4) Experience - Post qualification experience of at least 8 years in administration of academic activities out of which 5 years in independently handling the academic functions of a reputed Management Education Institute / University / College. Should be proficient in designing, implementing and managing academic programs, coordinate with faculty members and students to ensure the timely delivery of academic matters.

    Administrative Officer (Programmes) ->

    (1) Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (50% marks) with a post graduate diploma in management from a reputed University / Institute OR Post-graduate degree in Management (MBA) (10+2+3+2) from a reputed University / Institute.
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English.
    (3) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.
    (4) Post qualification experience of at least 8 years in administration of admission activities out of which 5 years in independently handling the admissions functions of a reputed Management Education Institute / University / College.

    Administrative Officer (General) ->

    (1) Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (50% marks) with a post graduate diploma in management from a reputed University / Institute OR Post-graduate degree in Law / Management (MBA) (10+2+3+2) from a reputed University / Institute.
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English.
    (3) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.
    (4) Experience - Post-qualification experience of at least 8 years in general administration out of which 5 years in independently handling the administration of a reputed Management Education Institute / University / College / Commercial organization of national / international repute.

    Accounts Officer ->

    (1) Graduate degree in Commerce (10+2+3) with at least second class (50% marks) from a recognized university/institution with consistently good academic record.
    (2) Should have passed Intermediate in CA / ICWA OR should have passed SAS (Commercial) / SOGE (Commercial) conducted by IA & AD.
    (3) Should be well versed with General Financial Rules of GoI.
    (4) Should be well versed with computerized accounting system.
    (5) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English.
    (6) Experience - Post qualification experience of at least 5 years at the level of Junior Accounts Officer in a reputed Management Education Institute / University / central autonomous institute / public or private sector organization of national / international repute.

    Placement Officer ->

    (1) Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (50% marks) with a post graduate diploma in Management / Mass Communication from a reputed University / Institute OR Post graduate degree in management (MBA) / Mass Communication (10+2+3+2) from a reputed University / Institute.
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English.
    (3) Should have excellent analytical abilities with an eye on the market conditions and be an effective leader with high degree of personal drive, entrepreneurial spirit & people skill.
    (4) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.
    (5) Experience - Post qualification experience of at least 8 years in placement activities out of which 5 years in independently handling placement functions of a reputed Management Education Institute / University / College / Commercial organization of national / international repute.

    Stores & Purchase Officer ->

    (1) Graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3) with at least 50% marks from a recognized university / institution with consistently good academic record and ability to supervise office work.
    (2) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English
    (3) Should be proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills.
    (4) Post-qualification experience of at least 5 years of relevant work in supervisory and executive functions in Stores and Purchase in a government department or reputed Management Education Institute / University / College / Commercial organization of national/international repute.

    Personal Assistant ->

    (1) Graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3) with at least second class (50% marks) from a recognized university / institution with consistently good academic record
    (2) Should be able to do English typing accurately with a minimum speed of 40 WPM
    (3) Proficiency in English stenography with a minimum speed of 80 WPM
    (4) Should have sound knowledge of basic computer operations, Internet etc.
    (5) Should be excellent in oral and written communication in English
    (6) Post-qualification experience of at least 5 years of relevant work in a large private sector / industry / Government / public sector undertaking.

    Driver ->

    (1) Plus 2 (10+2)
    (2) Valid driving licence for Heavy & Light motor vehicles
    (3) Post-qualification experience of at least 5 years as driver for a high profile official .
