A beautiful ayurvedic nature resort located in scenic Kovalam, Kerala is available for lease. The resort has road and vehicular access with its own parking space for hotel guests. This is a nature resort with Ayurveda, Meditation and Yoga facilities, large green areas with a variety of plants and trees. The resort also has its very own natural water body situated near the restaurant of the resort. The resort is spread over 70 cents of land and the total built up area is 12,000 sqft with 16 rooms with attached batch, fully equipped kitchen, a fully functional restaurant, 6 ayurvedic treatment rooms and 1 large yoga hall. I am looking at giving the resort on lease for a minimum period of 3 years at 35 lacs per year (negotiable), with the total amount paid in advance for the entire lease period.
