Shihan holds the rank of Black Belt 7 Dan (Suchi Dan ), in All India SAI Karate Do Federation & Kobe Osaka International, Nippon Shito Ryu Karate do & All India Shito Ryu Karate Federation Affiliated with KARATE ASSOCIATION OF INDIA, which is recognized by the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs of the Government Republic of India and World Karate Federation recognized by International Olympic Committee.

He is the Most Senior National Referee of AIKF(1995) International Referee (A) KOI and All India - National 2nd rank holder in the N.I.S. Coaches Exam conducted by Sports Authority of India (National Institute of Sports) in the year 2000, that was the 1st N.I.S – Karate Coaches batch conducted by Sports Authority of India at SAI NSEC Salt lake City, Calcutta. He has more than 35 years experience in the art of Karate .
