Shihan holds the rank of Black Belt WKF 7 Dan (NANA Dan ) NIPPON SHITO RYU KARATE DO - INDIA Affiliated with KARATE ASOCIATION OF INDIA which is recognized by the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs of the Government Republic of India and World Karate Federation recognized by International Olympic Committee.

He is the Senior National Referee (1995) International Referee ( A) KOI and National 2nd rank holder in the N.I.S. Coaches Exam conducted by Sports Authority of India (National Institute of Sports) in the year 2000, that was the 1st N.I.S Karate Coaches batch conducted by Sports Authority of India at SAI NSEC Salt lake City, Calcutta.

He has more than 37 years experience in the art of Karate .Shihan Shibisudevan is the senior student of the Great Warrior So Shihan Dr. Moses Thilak (late) 8th Dan -Japan ,Now he is the student of So Shihan TOMMY MORRIS 8DAN first WKF Chief Referee .
Shihan Shibisudevan is working as Government Employee and directly controlling prestigious Dojo as COACH in the Jimmy George Indoor Stadium under the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Kerala &Government Womens College Dojo Trivandrum
