Design Engineer (Plastic Injection Molding)

Job description :

Responsible to designing mold and creating 3D CAD Model and 2d Engineering Drawings.

Workout a complete design of plastic injection mould.

Prepare mould specification and checklist.

Prepare mould component drawing and assembly drawings.

Assist in product/tool development and moulding process.

Ensure smooth transition from design to development of testing of the designs and production trial run.

Resolve any design technical issues in a timely manner.

Conduct check to ensure all programs and tooling are correct.

Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on-time to schedule.

Hot runner experience need

Requirements :

At least 5 years of working experiences in mold design.

Knowledge on software mold design for Top Solids & AutoCAD ( others)

Ability to use mold flow and prepare mold flow will be an added advantage.

Ability to model 3D mould surfaces for tooling.

Able to work independently.

Start work immediately is an advantage
