Responsibilities and Duties
Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behaviour
Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.
Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment.
Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times is of great importance.
Good Communication skills in English and the regional language.
Counselling, Batch Management, Follow-ups, Manage Several Data s.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop month on month model for proven business growth
Understanding the need/requirement of the students and offer Schemes that would be beneficial to the student.
Accurate and timely update of student management system and reporting.
Counsel students and parents to enroll in Our Institute.

Qualification & Skills
MBA or a B. Tech fresher
Any graduate with at least 0 to 2+ years of experience\
