Day 1: Arrival at Delhi Shimla
Tour starts at New Delhi which is the capital of India. Your tour begins after arrival at the Airport or Railway Station. Alternatively, we can pick you up from your home. From the arrival point, we proceed to Ondash that is a hill station as well as capital of Himachal Pradesh. The place is named after Goddess Shyamala (avatar of Mata Kali). This place welcomes tourists throughout the year. Summers in Shimla are invitingly warm while the winters may freeze terribly. After reaching Shimla, we check into a hotel and the rest of the day is spent at the visitor s own leisure and pleasure.
Day 2: Shimla - Kufri - Shimla
This morning our tour takes us to Kufri, a place known for trekking and hiking. It is a famous spot for lovers of fun and adventure in the snow. During periods of winter, one can enjoy Tobogganning and skiing. Indira Park is another fun place to visit as you enjoy the panoramic view of the valley and peaks around.
In the evening, we return to Shimla. One can stroll around Mall and Ridge road or trek through the woods of Mahasu Peak. This place offers a grand view of the towering Himalayas. When a visitor pays, they are offered Yak and Pony rides.
Day 3: Shimla - Kullu - Manali
We begin today by driving through a fascinating serpentine route that cuts through Kullu Valley to Manali. Manali is just next to River Beas. It is an ideal location for visitors due to its marvelous features like the beautiful orchards, quaint settlements, chunky forests, vast and expansive meadows as well as cool gentle winds. Manali is a breathtaking destination with its majestic look and serene ambience. After arrival, the visitor checks into the hotel and spends the remainder of the day either resting or enjoying the evening breeze.
Day 4: Manali-Excursion to Rothang Pass
Today we travel to the Rothang Pass that was once a significant trade route in medieval times. The route joined Leh and Himachal through Lahul and Spiti. While here, you will observe rising snow peaks that tower above the clouds. This will give you a memorable lifetime experience.
Sometimes the road to Rothang gets closed. If this happens, horses and ponies can be hired to reach the pass or snow point. In the evening, we return to the hotel and spend the evening in Manali.
Note: Only local vehicles are allowed to get to Rothang Pass or Snow Point.
Day 5: Manali
This day is dedicated to a city tour of Manali and other interesting places within the city. At the top of the list is Hidimba Devi Temple that has lasted over 450 years old, and the Tibetan Monastery. Several Buddha statues and Tankha Paintings are stored here.
In the evening, the visitor can take a leisurely walk through the cedar woods amidst the snow. It is enjoyable to walk under the starlit skies or just rest within the hotel establishment.
Day 6: Manali Chandigarh
After enjoying your healthy breakfast, you set off for Kullu Valley before proceeding to Chandighar. After arrival, you check into the hotel to spend the evening at your own leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Chandighar - Delhi - Departure
Early morning ride to Delhi before the visitor is transferred to the airport or railway station for an onward journey.
