* The seller/buyer has to meet in person at our Vizag Office and has to give a written undertaking of his complete requirement with regard to Land, whether buying/selling.

* Your personal details will be kept confidential, as per your request.

* Sellers have to enter into an "Agreement to Market" between \'Coastal AP Land Dealers\' and \'Seller\' for a period of 6 months. The Seller should be willing to give a photostat copy of complete set of documentation confirming the ownership with regard to Lands put for SALE

* Sellers have to bear all the expenses with regard to submitting documentation copies from Sub-registrar office/MRO office, legal opinion charges and any other related expenses

* Sellers have to arrange transportation for showing us the lands for sale.

* Buyers have to arrange transportation from their side for visiting the lands to purchase

* Buyers have to give in writing their exact land requirement, both with regard to location, budget, extent of land to eliminate wastage of time.

* As our team comprises auditors, legal experts, retired revenue officials, documentation experts etc., buyers are assured 100% legality in the buying process.
