Every listed company and other class of companies (i.e. non-listed public companies with share capital of 5 crore or & private Companies with share capital of 5 crore to have a Qualified Company Secretary be appointed as Key Managerial Personnel to perform the Functions of Company Secretary under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Key Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.

The minimum Academic Qualification for CSEET November 2022 required are passed 12th Examination or equivalent thereto shall be eligible.
All Graduates / Post Graduates who were hitherto eligible for registration directly to CS Executive Programme, shall also be required to pass the November 2022 to become eligible for registration to CS Executive Programme.

Application Form Filling Instructions
Students applying for the CSEET November 2022 have to fill up the application form on the official site.
The student can submit the application only once. Multiple forms will be rejected.
Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form of CSEET November 2022:
PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity

Scanned copy of passport photograph in JPG or JPEG format (size 20kb to 50kb) Scanned copy of signature in JPG or JPEG format (size 10kb to 20kb)
Functional e - mail Id as all communication are made through email; Parents email id is recommended.
Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents phone number can be used.
For online payments, usually a valid debit or credit card as well as Net Banking facility, UPI or PAYTM Service is a must.
Printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber - cafe.
It is recommended to download the information Bulletin Brochure and read it carefully so that you understand various requirements to fill up the form.
Mandatory document to be uploaded by the students at the time of registration for CSEET November 2022:
Photograph of the candidate (size 20kb to 50kb)
Signature of the candidate (size 10kb to 20kb)
DOB Certificate (10th pass certificate)
Admit Card / Hall Ticket for 12th Examinations (if appearing) or 12TH Pass Certificate / Mark Sheet
Category Certificate (for availing Fee Concession)
Identity proof (Aadhar card / passport / voter ID / pan card / driving license / ration card)
All the files to be uploaded while registering for CSEET should be present in one of the formats viz. jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, pdf.
The maximum allowed file size is 2 MB.
The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form of the CSEET November 2022:
Step - 1 : Students have to register for Online Application Form. A login and Password are created.
Step - 2 : Student has to Complete the Application Form and its various sections.
Step - 3 : Upload Mandatory Documents.
Step - 4 : Preview Application.
Step - 5 : Payment Mode Selection.
Step - 6 : Transaction Id Generation. Note transaction Id for future reference.
