DA Pandu Memorial RV Dental College and Hospital BDS Admissions 2021-22
DA Pandu Memorial RV Dental College and Hospital offers four-year Bachelor degree in Dental Sciences course. Additionally, candidates have to do a one-year rotating internship. Admissions to the course will be done on the basis of their scores in NEET UG entrance exam conducted by CBSE.
Candidates must have passed HSC examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, with minimum 50% marks in each subject. Those having valid score in NEET exam have to participate in KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) counselling process.
BDS Eligibility: Passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Zoology.
Key Points:
Relaxation of 10% marks in eligibility criteria is provided for SC/ ST candidates.
Candidates applying should have completed the 17 years of the age on or before 31 December 2019.

At Postgraduate level, DA Pandu Memorial RV Dental College and Hospital offers MDS course in nine disciplines. Those applying to these courses must have obtained a BDS degree from a recognized university.
Additionally, applicants must have also done one year compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI). Of all the seats 50% are reserved under all India Quota; rest seats are filled under state quota.
Admission to MDS course seats is it under All India Quota or State quota is based on NEET PG entrance exam. Seats will be allotted on the basis of counselling process conducted by KEA.
BDS Eligibility: Passed BDS degree from a recognized institution.
Key Points:
Those who are completing or likely to complete their internship after March 31, 2020, are not eligible to apply.

RV Dental College Application Process:
A Pandu Memorial RV Dental College and Hospital, Application Process
Candidates seeking admission to BDS courses have to qualify NEET UG and those seeking admission to MDS and PG Diploma courses have to qualify NEET PG exam.
Counselling process for both BDS and MDS courses is conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority). Seats for both the courses are allotted to eligible candidates who complete the counselling process successfully.

Steps to be followed to participate in the counselling process are

Register at KEA web Portal
Make payment of INR 750 for BDS course (INR 1000 for PG course) as registration fee.
After Registration, the candidates have to get original documents verified at the Verification Counter.
After verification, the original documents will be returned to the candidate and KEA will retain one set of the attested photocopies of all the documents.
On successful verification, an acknowledgement cum verification slip will be issued to the candidates.
Candidates who become eligible after verification of documents will be given the high-security secret key.
They have to use this secret key to register and create a password for login at online option entry portal.

The following original documents and one set of photocopies have to arranged and produced at the verification counter for verification of documents:-

Mark sheet of HSC and SSC (BDS degree as well for MDS course).
Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO / DDPI.

Income Certificate
Kannada Medium Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO, for the candidates claiming Kannada Medium reservation benefits
Rural Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO
Caste Certificate, for the candidates claiming Reservation benefits
A valid certificate for candidates claiming Hyderabad-Karnataka Region
Domicile Certificate.
Valid affidavit of the candidate who claims eligibility under Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses
A valid Identity Card
Minority Certificate
