We have a requirement for HR Consultant in "Corp Placements" - a trademarked and reputed brand name in the staffing and recruitment space based at Bangalore.
Corp Placements has been operational for over six years now and has a small team servcing Indian and Multinational clients in the IT and Non-IT space.
Job profile would include:
1) Understanding requirements sent across by clients.
2) Sourcing profiles from various sources
3) Validating the profiles I.t.o the relevancy for the particular job description given by a client.
4) Scheduling and arranging interviews.
5) Client interaction and follow up with offer/joining stage.
6) Willingness and Ability to follow a set sytems and processes.
7) Ability to generate profiles/resumes through telecalling and Emails.
Reasonably good communication skills in English are a requisite.The job would involve working from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM on weekdays and till 1.00PM on saturdays.
Salary levels would be a combination of fixed and variable components.Performance levels and ability would determine the level of take home salary per month.
