Operating across five continents, IHF maintains a unique "University" structure where volunteers from around the world collaborate to manage our children s centers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia. We believe in transparency, ethical leadership, and the power of shared knowledge to create sustainable global change.

In a global, decentralized organization, institutional memory is our greatest asset. The F.A.Q. & Manuals Team serves as the primary repository for IHF s operational wisdom.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this team is responsible for documenting the "how-to" of every department. By capturing the expertise of current volunteers, you ensure that IHF remains a self-sustaining, learning organization where no insight is lost during leadership transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Documentation: Research, draft, and update comprehensive manuals for all 40+ IHF teams, ensuring alignment with the updated 2026 organizational protocols.
Knowledge Management: Audit and maintain the master F.A.Q. database to provide real-time, accurate support for new and active members.
Process Architecture: Work across divisions to map out complex workflows and translate them into accessible, standardized guides.
Leadership Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for Team Leads on technical writing and documentation standards to preserve organizational intelligence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Communication: Exceptional English writing skills with an ability to produce clear, instructional content.
Analytical Thinking: The ability to synthesize complex, high-level information into simple, actionable steps.
Instructional Design: Experience in creating educational materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), or technical manuals is highly preferred.
Organizational Mastery: High attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation projects across multiple time zones.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaborative document management.
Benefits of Joining This Team
Executive Mentorship: Receive direct guidance and training from the IHF CEO.
High-Level Insight: Gain a 360-degree view of how an international NGO operates across all divisions (Finance, Media, HR, and Education).
Global Impact: Your work directly enables hundreds of other volunteers to succeed in their missions to help children.
Certification: Receive an official certificate of service documenting your contribution to IHF s administrative infrastructure.
