How to Apply in NMIMS School of law?
LAW Study in NMIMS through Management Quota. Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws [B.A.L.L.B.] & Bachelor of Business Administration + Bachelor of Laws [BBALLB] for Registration to CLAT
Step 1: You should register yourself on the CLAT official website.
Step 2: You must then fill your personal, academics and other details as mentioned in the form.
Step 3: You are required to upload your recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms) and signature of JPG format within 100kb of size.
Step 4: CLAT Application fees Applicants are required to make the payment of application form fees of Rs. 4000 for General Category and Rs. 3500 for Reserved Category online through Debit/ Credit Card.
Step 5: You should then finally Submit your Application Form online only. This completes your registration process.
Courses and Eligibility for Law at NMIMS University
NMIMS School of Law, Bengaluru, has got approval from the Bar Council of India and offers law courses that meet all academic standards. The college offers two law programs:
LAW Study in NMIMS through Management Quota. BA LLB (Hons.), in which students can specialize in Humanities along with Law.
BBA LLB. (Hons.), in which students can specialize in Management along with Law.
To become eligible for NMIMS University law admission 2024, a candidate has to meet certain academic requirements.
The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream in a single attempt from an approved board with a minimum 50% aggregate mark.
A candidate holding a 10+2 or equivalent degree from the I.B. board must be either an I.B. certificate or D.P. awarded with a mandatory 24 credits. CLAT or LSAT score is compulsory.
If the mark sheet given by the board or institution is in the percentile, then the actual aggregate percentage of every subject is taken into consideration.
A candidate's eligibility is canceled if any of the subjects is marked fail or ungraded in the mark sheet. Those who have just written the 10+2 or equivalent examination are eligible to apply, but their admission to the program is subjected to the criteria mentioned earlier.
