Your Impact:
To join our medical billing team in Chennai, we are looking for an AR Analyst who is very analytical and meticulous. The AR Analyst will be in charge of thoroughly examining data related to accounts receivable, spotting patterns, resolving intricate billing problems, and creating plans to increase collections and decrease ageing. The ideal applicant will have outstanding problem-solving abilities, a solid grasp of payer regulations, medical billing procedures, and data analytic methods.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve complex billing issues, including denials, underpayments, and contractual adjustments, leveraging your understanding of Indian payer rules.
Identify root causes of recurring billing errors and denials and develop recommendations for process improvements to prevent future occurrences within our Chennai operations.
Develop and implement strategic action plans to improve collection rates and reduce the AR cycle.
Analyze payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies relevant to the Indian healthcare system to ensure accurate payments.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on AR performance, denial trends, and collection efforts for management in Chennai.

What you Need:
Thorough understanding of insurance payer rules, regulations, contract terms, and timely filing limits in India.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex billing data and identify root causes of payment issues.
Proficiency in using medical billing software and generating advanced AR reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and potentially external payers.
