Run program simulations to assess cycle times and find possible collisions.
Find and fix any machining flaws, like chatter, taper, or uneven surface finish.
Reduce cycle time, increase tool life, and improve product quality by streamlining your machining operations.
Keep thorough records of machine settings, tool changes, production volumes, and scrap rates.
To guarantee efficient workflow and project completion, collaborate well with other team members, such as CNC programmers, quality inspectors, and production supervisors.
Skills
Expertise in using precision measuring instruments.
Solid understanding of metal properties, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, and machining principles.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of precision in work.
