Job Description
Primary Task: In our Chennai facility, we will use Creo CAD software to design, develop, and detail mechanical components and assemblies for production, guaranteeing their functionality, manufacturability, and compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Using Creo Parametric CAD software, produce 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical assemblies and parts.
Maintain precise drawing control and oversee drawing revisions.
During the design stage, take into account elements like cost, assembly procedures, tools, and material choices.
For design release, change management, and revision control, adhere to PDM procedures.
For more intricate analysis, work with simulation experts.
Take part in design reviews and offer helpful criticism.

Required Abilities:
Solid understanding of GD&T principles and their application in manufacturing drawings.
Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems (e.g., Windchill).
Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
