Job Description
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and fix systems or equipment at client locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, offering prompt and efficient fixes.
Give clients technical assistance and instruction on how to operate and maintain their equipment.
Answer service requests and arrange work according to client requirements and urgency.
To tackle complicated problems, work together with internal teams (sales, engineering, and support).

Skills:
strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
proficiency in reading and analysing schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
ability to use test equipment and diagnostic instruments with proficiency.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
