Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of the products at each level of a particular manufacturing line or work cell as a Line Incharge-Quality Control (QC) situated in Chennai. You will oversee a group of QC inspectors and operators, carrying out inspection schedules, resolving urgent quality problems, and encouraging compliance with set standards. This position will greatly increase your leadership abilities, broaden your practical knowledge of Chennai's production processes and how they affect quality, and give you the chance to take prompt corrective action and support ongoing development.

Skills:
Basic to intermediate problem-solving abilities, including the ability to identify the underlying causes of quality deviations in real time.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated aptitude for managing, inspiring, and directing a small group of QC inspectors or operators.
Communication: Proficiency in written and oral English and Tamil communication is essential for productive interactions with Chennai's management, QC department, and production teams.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
