Job Description
Skills:
Prepare payroll inputs and ensure the accuracy and consistency of payroll outputs.
Ensure employee salaries are paid accurately and on time as per company policy.
Lead all Statutory Compliance activities, including PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable statutory deductions and filings
Reconcile payroll data with various sources (e.g., time and attendance, HRIS) to ensure accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all payroll-related activities, including statutory filings and employee tax records
Role: Payroll Executive
Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
