Your Impact:
seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive to join our finance/accounting team in Chennai. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently post payments from various sources into our financial and accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processing, excellent data entry skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately post payments from various sources (insurance companies, patients, etc.) into the billing system, ensuring correct allocation and reconciliation.
Generate and review payment reports and aging reports to identify trends and potential issues.
Communicate effectively with billing, coding, and AR teams in Chennai to resolve payment-related queries and denials.
Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with Indian data privacy laws.
Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as required by the team in Chennai.

What you Need:
Strong attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a collaborative team member.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil. Proficiency in additional local languages spoken in Chennai is a plus.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Graduation
