Job Description
Are you a proactive and analytical Production Engineer based in Chennai with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in a dynamic production environment?

Contribute significantly to the design, creation, and execution of effective and economical manufacturing processes by joining our vibrant production team at our Chennai-based company. In a demanding and fulfilling work environment, your engineering knowledge will have a direct impact on our production targets, product calibre, and general operational success.

Responsibilities:
Determine inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost, quality, lead time, and safety improvement by analysing current production processes.
Give supervisors and production operators technical advice and direction to address everyday manufacturing problems and maximise machine performance.
Create a safe working environment by implementing safety measures and conducting risk assessments.
Make use of data analytics to find patterns and chances for ongoing development.
Train and mentor manufacturing workers and young engineers in new equipment, procedures, and efficiency strategies.

Qualification:
Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment, influencing change and driving results.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management is an added advantage.

Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
