Duties and Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities

Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.
Participate in the Health, Safety & Risk programs including toolbox meeting, health safety and environmental training related to work activities especially electrical safety and working at heights.
Carry out all other duties as directed by the company
Requirements
Electro-mechanical/HVAC diploma; certificate/training in Control Systems

Good level of the English language both written and spoken.

Skills

A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook

Able to work under stringent deadlines.

Technically competent with a clear technical understanding of BMS services and associated equipment.

Proficient and able to demonstrate a complete understanding of the BMS system.

Experience

Minimum 5 years Gulf experience working as a BMS Operator

Knowledge of Health and Safety relating to Operations

Has an advance knowledge with BMS systems in commercial buildings or other facilities management building services engineering environment.
