Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. You'll lead and develop a team of production personnel, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibility:
To fulfil production goals and timetables, oversee and plan each day's operations.
Keep an eye on production output, quality, and efficiency and make any corrections.
Oversee, inspire, and train a group of manufacturing workers while creating a happy and effective work atmosphere.
Maintain product quality by making ensuring that quality control standards and procedures are followed.
Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing all safety rules and procedures.
