Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Education: Any Basic Degree

Responsibilities
Analyse ageing reports, payment trends, and rejection patterns to identify areas that require improvement.
Make and generate monthly and ad hoc reports on AR performance, including DSO, denial rates, and collection rates.
Provide management with information and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Examine payer contracts and reimbursement policies to ensure accurate payment.
Find out if the agreed-upon rates and the actual payments differ in any way.
Check for compliance with pertinent laws and guidelines, such as HIPAA.

Qualification:
shown expertise working as an AR analyst in a medical billing setting.
strong knowledge of HIPAA rules, payer requirements, and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10).
familiarity with a range of billing and practice management software programs.
superior problem-solving and analytical abilities.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
proficiency with reporting tools and spreadsheet programs, such as Excel.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
