Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Achieve Production Targets:
- Execute production tasks in line with the rates and objectives provided by the shift leader or team leader.
- Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and meet the required quality standards.

2. Quality and Performance Control:
- Maintain high-quality standards in all production operations, ensuring compliance with performance requirements related to safety, security, and environmental regulations.
- Continuously monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance.

3. Safety Adherence:
- Understand and follow all safety guidelines related to equipment operation and workplace safety.
- Ensure the safe handling of materials and machinery, prioritizing the well-being of both personnel and equipment.

4. Reporting and Communication:
- Accurately and promptly report production data, any issues, or deviations to the shift leader or team leader.
- Maintain precise and detailed records of production outputs and performance.

5. Workplace Cleanliness and Organization:
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper organization of the work environment, adhering to 5S practices and maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient workspace at all times.
Role: Assembly Engineer
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Salary: From 25K per Month
