Job Description
Responsibilities
- Escalation management: Be available to address facility-related escalation concerns from management and provide guidance to help desk operators on escalated issues.
- Event coordination: Ensure that all preparations for client conferences, meetings, and VIP visits are planned and executed smoothly during the shift.
- Front office supervision: Oversee Front Office Executives (FOE) to ensure timely guest assistance and maintain high standards of service.
- Facility rounds: Conduct regular rounds of the lobby and front office to ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping standards are upheld.
- Vendor management: Evaluate vendor service delivery, conduct meetings to address service-related concerns, and ensure vendor performance aligns with agreed-upon terms.
- Housekeeping management: Supervise the cleaning services to ensure cleanliness and orderliness across the facility.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
