Looking for HR recruiter for end to end recruitment hiring process.

1) Understanding the job description sent by client

2) Screening and sourcing relevant resumes through references, through job portals, through Linked In and other social media.

3) Sending updated resume with candidate details to the client

4) Good communication skills

5) Should be willing to make calls and discuss about job opportunity

6) Training will be imparted

7) Candidate should attend direct interview.

Experienced candidates from different industry , who are interested to shift the career to HR

(Please note should be willing to start as fresher)
