Job description :

Key Responsibilities Operate CNC and VMC machines to perform machining operations such as milling drilling boring and tapping Interpret and work from engineering drawings blueprints and job orders Set up tools workpieces fixtures and CNC programs on the machine Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like micrometers calipers height gauges and CMM if available Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to control parameters as needed Perform routine maintenance on machines and report issues or malfunctions Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or technical certification in machining or mechanical trades Minimum 0-2 years of hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machine operations Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD T symbols Familiarity with G-code M-code and basic CNC programming Fanuc Siemens controllers preferred Knowledge of tooling fixtures cutting speeds and feeds Education - dip arts ITI
