Job Description
Focus: Emphasize the primary skills of CNC programming, G-code proficiency, and optimizing machining processes for precision manufacturing.
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

What you ll Do:
Develop and optimize CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for various CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers).
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models to create accurate CNC programs.
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters for optimal performance.
Simulate and verify CNC programs to ensure accuracy and prevent collisions.
Set up and operate CNC machines for program testing and validation.

What you need:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer.
Expert knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting tool selection.
