Your Impact:
To oversee our maintenance crew in Chennai, we are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor. To maintain operating effectiveness and safety, the Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of managing the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities, machinery, and equipment. Strong leadership, technical proficiency in a range of maintenance disciplines, and exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians in your assigned area within our Chennai facility.
Ensure adherence to planned maintenance schedules and prioritize urgent repair tasks.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems effectively.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment upgrades and modifications.
Participate in root cause analysis investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the maintenance team in Chennai.

What you Need:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address maintenance challenges efficiently.
Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safe work practices within a maintenance setting in India.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
