Job Description
We are seeking a Charge Entry Executive with a strong attention to detail and meticulousness to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Chennai. Your main responsibility will be to accurately and promptly enter medical charges into our billing system, making sure that all services provided by healthcare professionals are appropriately classified and billed. This position is essential to the revenue cycle's seamless operation and requires excellent data entry abilities, coding standards expertise, and a solid understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities
Examine and evaluate surgical reports, doctor's notes, patient encounter forms, and other clinical records to determine which treatments and procedures are billable.
Find any inconsistencies or missing data that can result in billing problems or denials, and mark them.
Find and fix charge entry mistakes as soon as possible to avoid denials and rejections of claims.
Reach or surpass personal productivity and quality goals.
Contribute to simple reports about the volume of charge entries or coding errors found.

Skills:
Previous experience with US healthcare RCM in a BPO/KPO setting.
knowledge of different payer guidelines.
familiarity with a certain medical billing program

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
