Job description :

Job Purpose: experience in Injection Molding Machine maintenance of machineries in the factory This role ensures all the machinery,

Equipment & facilities are kept in optimal working condition to maximize production efficiency.

Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning of

each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Operations

team.

100% preventive maintenance as per schedules are carried out in accordance with

accepted standards and industrial norms.

Monitoring and Controlling the Maintenance activities like Preventive, Break down,

Corrective and Conditioning based maintenance for TRANSFORMER, DG`s, MOTOR, UPS,

BATTERY CHARGER, APFC (LT & HT), Electrical Panels.

PLC, HMI Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens, Omron, Delta)

Knowledge on troubleshooting on Electrical Circuits and VFD Panels.

Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan.

Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities.

Monitor and control Power consumption.

Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake

measure to.

Reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control.

To Prepare and Maintain ISO Audit Documents.

Ensuring smooth Operation and maintenance of Cooling tower, Compressor, EOT cranes,

Pumps, Boiler.

Must have worked in Plastic Injection Molding Industry related to Electrical Maintenance
