Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee and guide a group of shift workers.
Team members should receive direction, instruction, and assistance.
Encourage and motivate staff to meet output targets.
Conduct performance evaluations and give staff members feedback.
Keep an eye on manufacturing activities to make sure deadlines and goals are fulfilled.
Deal with production problems and put remedial measures in place.
Make sure that safety regulations and quality control methods are followed.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE
Location: In and Around Chennai
