Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Daily Production Planning:
- Plan the daily production schedule for slag and scrap handling and processing operations.
- Implement and control the production schedule, ensuring all processes run smoothly across all shifts.
- Regularly review and adjust the production schedule as necessary to meet changing production demands.

2. Resource Management:
- Determine the required material resources to meet production targets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Plan and manage human resources efficiently across three shifts to ensure seamless operations and meet production goals.

3. Equipment Utilization:
- Make decisions regarding equipment usage, availability, and utilization, ensuring machinery is used effectively and maintained properly.
- Oversee equipment availability to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production flow.

4. Data Analytics and Metrics:
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to monitor production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions.
- Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production targets are met.

5. Performance Monitoring and Staff Development:
- Monitor staff performance and provide necessary interventions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Organize training sessions, improvement plans, and other initiatives to develop staff skills and address performance issues.

6. Production Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, analyzing output data and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Present reports to senior management and recommend actions for future production schedules.

7. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement within the production process and work to implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and output.
- Ensure all processes are aligned with company goals and industry best practices.

8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities to ensure consistency and safety.
- Ensure that SOPs are regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.

9. Compliance and Standards:
- Uphold all applicable ISO, GBP (Good Business Practices), and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in EEE
