Responsibilities:
Post job opportunities internally, on the company's careers page, on social media, and on job sites.
Give recruiting managers a shortlist of qualified applicants.
Send out job offer emails and respond to inquiries on pay and perks;
Keep an eye on important HR indicators including hiring time, fill rate, and source of hire;
Attend employment fairs and conduct internal hiring activities.
Work together with managers to determine the needs for future hiring assist in onboarding new hires by serving as a consultant to them
