Job Description
Responsibilities
Make sure that the necessary amount and quality of labour is available.
Provide staff training and on-the-job training for operation operators in accordance with the calendar.
At the plant level, implement and oversee adherence to the HR policies.
Verify that safety precautions are followed and that plant employees are safe.
Assure complete and prompt compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
Make sure you deposit all relevant returns in accordance with the timetable checklist.
Verify contractors' adherence to and upkeep of statutory records.
Verify the general administration, kitchen, canteen, pantry, and security services' quality.
Communicate with governmental, agency, civic, and local bodies to improve the pull relationship.
Respect the recommendations of the HR Audit, Safety, and IATF.
Agreement on contracts and their timely renewal.
