Roles and Responsibilities:
As a BMS (Building Management System) Operator based in Chennai, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the performance of our building's mechanical and electrical systems through the BMS. This role will enhance your technical understanding of HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems, as well as your ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues within the BMS interface. You will learn to ensure energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and the overall smooth operation of our Chennai buildings.

Skills:
Ability to interpret system schematics and building layouts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve BMS-related issues.
Ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Experience: 2 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/Be in Mech
