Job Description
Responsibilities
Overseeing the employment process, including finding applicants, doing interviews, and reaching hiring choices
Creating and putting into effect HR policies and processes to guarantee adherence to labour laws and rules
Managing payroll and benefits for staff members to promote the happiness and well-being of our team
Offering advice and assistance to staff members on HR-related issues, such as dispute resolution and performance management
Working together with department leaders to determine training requirements and create programs for staff development

Skills:
HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve HR issues.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
